I am a wife and mother to two little girls and fur babies. Family is most important and precious element in my life. I have been blessed with an amazing, loving, handsome, and supportive husband who pushes me everyday to pursue my passion of photography and to be the best person I can possibly be. I love to travel and have adventures. Traveling is a major part of our lives. Love mountains! Love coffee! I am a Disney fanatic and love everything Disney (Maybe more like obsession). Harry Potter fan...Griffindor! Love 'The Lord of the Rings'! Super hero movies are my guilty pleasure....Overall, little bit of a nerd.
We are currently living in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia until June 2020 and we will be moving to Jacksonville, North Carolina, USA. My husband is a US Marine and our family has been stationed here. However, we are very excited to begin our new chapter in our life story. We could not have asked for a better experience and adventure. We are taking every opportunity to travel throughout Australia.
I received my B.A. and M.A. degrees in anthropology and archaeology. I believe that photography and culture compliment one another. Photography captures one's (or group's) traditions, stories, and culture; and allows for those experiences to be shared with others. I want to capture moments to allow others to tell and share their stories with family, friends, and future generations. My educational experience gives me an advantage in understanding and adapting to different cultural customs and traditions. As well as understanding the individual.
Photography is every part of me as the air we breath. I take pride in what I do and the work I produce. I love to be creative and show that in my work. I am a perfectionist when it comes to photography. When I am not capturing weddings or portraits, I am photographing nature and the beauty all around us.
I am extremely appreciative of all the love and support from family and friends that I have received in my photography journey. Allowing me to grow and improve my skills with confidence.
